All-Inclusive Board, Training and Full Grooming

$3500 per month

• Alfalfa/Timothy Hay twice daily

• Daily stall cleaning and afternoon pick out

• 5 days a week daily warm up and cool down on Euro Walker

• 5 days a week Sand Turnouts (Grass pastures available for additional fee)

• Show Clips and Bathing, (body clips extra)

• Maintance of arena footing and jumps

• Rain tarp is used to cover arena during rain storms to ensure we don't loose nay days with a soggy entire arena

• 5 services per week (normally 3 lessons and 2 Training Rides) with full grooming/supplies and Tackup/Untack service Tuesday through Saturday.

• Sunday's barn is open from 8:00 am- 12:00 pm for clients to come out to  hack their horses on their own to practice new skills, improve their own horsemanship by tacking up and untacking by themselves, and most importantly graze and bond with their horses. 

Purina Omega Plus and Ultium fed twice a day

Winter Blanketing

$60 per month 

• Cleaning of winter blankets and day sheets extra charge when needed, Blankets stored on property during warmer months. (October - April)

Home Horse Laundry

• To ensure the safety of all horses while we sleep

Bemer Service

$400 per month (optional)

• To improve performance and comfort for your horse.

On Trial For purchase/lease

Commissions

15 percent on all sales, purchase, or lease price

Expense Reimbursement

• Client is responsible for all expenses incurred, whether or not a transaction is consummated. These expenses may include, but not limited to: travel, rental car, attorney’s fees, postage, FedEx, telephone calls, video clips, all advertising, gas, hauling, vet fees, daily stall fees, training fees, etc.

Horse Show Incentive Program

$150 weekly discount for any premier or national rated show attended
$350 weekly discount for attending two shows a month

• Sunnybrook Elite Riding Club wants to encourage all our members to attend as many horse shows per month as possible to achieve the greatest results and development both in and outside the show ring. We are a competitive show barn and yearly show schedule focuses (ideally) on two shows per month (except during Winter Circuit at DIHP) to help achieve our equestrian goals. Sunnyrook has created a Horse Show Incentive Program so that with every horse show our members attend, they will be given a horse show discount of $150 per week for any premier or national rated show they attend. This incentive will be deducted off their Sunnybrook horse show invoice. If our members attend 2 shows a month, they will receive a $350 discount off their Sunnybrook horse show invoice.

Desert Season Stall Incentive Program

$250 weekly discount

• This year for the first time we are offering a "Desert Season Stall" special incentive credit of $250 per week for all clients who purchase a 2025/2026 season stall for DHIP during the weeks your horse is in the desert.

Day Care

$75 per day

• This fee is effective the day the horse departs through the day the horse returns

Schooling and Rail

$100 per day on show days
$75 per day on non showing days

Grooming

$65 per day

• $100-200 tips required for grooms at end of each horse show week. Can be added to SB show invoice
